September 10 & 11: Blackstone Arts & Crafts Festival in Blackstone, Va. I’ll be set up in the Armory Saturday from 10 am until 5 pm and on Sunday from 10 am until 4 pm. Come on out if you can for many unique crafts, great food and entertainment. Hope to see you!!
September 17: Heart of Virginia Festival in Farmville, Va. I’ll be set up under my tent on the sidewalk in front of Ruffner Hall. A great festival that has a long history. Lots of great crafts and food and entertainment. Come if you can!
September 24: Come to the Farmer’s Daughters Fall Bazaar from 8 am until 3 pm. They’ll have storewide specials, crafters and vendors and good food too! Location is 24120 Prince Edward Highway, Rice, Va. I’ll be there with my newest books! It’s sure to be a fun day!! Hope to see you there!
September 25: I’ll be at the Amelia Public Library in the village of Amelia Courthouse from 3pm until. I’ll have many of my books along with some that have been out of print for a while. I’ll do a talk about where the stories come from and my writing process. Come if you can. I’d love to see you!
October 3: I’ll be at the Curdsville Community Center off of rt. 15 122 School Road near Curdsville, Va. at 6:30 pm with my latest books. There will be a Q&A period, a short talk and signing. A POT Luck supper too!
October 8: (Rescheduled from Oct. 1st)The Clifford Ruritan’s Sorghum Festival in the Clifford Ruritan Club, Historic Clifford, Va. Location is: 755 Fletcher’s Level Road, Amherst, Va. 24521. This nice little festival runs from 9 am until 6 pm rain or shine. Great foods, entertainment and very cool crafts! Hope to see you there!
October 15 & 16: Amherst Apple Harvest Festival at Amherst High School (139 Lancer Layne, Amherst, Va. 24521) I’ll have my books featured to sell and sign inside the main gym on Saturday from 9 am until 5 pm and on Sunday from 12 noon until 5 pm. One of my favorites festivals. You’ll love it!!
October 22: The Pecan Festival at Richard Bland College of William and Mary at 11301 Johnson Rd., S. Prince George, Va. 23805. This one takes place in the beautiful pecan grove. Lots of nice crafts, music and food galore!! I’m usually under a tent back near the food concessions.
October 29: Clover Hill High School Annual Craft Fair at Clover Hill High School 13301 Kelly Green Layne, Midlothian, Va. This one day event is just fabulous and lasts from 9 am until 3 pm. You won’t believe the crafts. I’ll have all my books at this one, some of which have not been in print for some time.
November 4 & 5: St. Theresa Catholic Church Christmas Bazaar in Farmville, Va. at the Parish Events Center, Buffalo Street, Farmville, Va., from 9 am until 5 pm on Friday and 9 am until 2 pm on Saturday. This is all inside so it’s rain or shine. My birthday is on November 4th so come and say hello. I’d love to see you!!
November 12: The STEPS Farmville Christmas Show at the Fireman’s Sports Arena off of route 15 South. I’ll be set up at the back of the building with all my books. The show runs from 10 am until 5 pm. Lots of great crafts and food along with Santa!!
November 19: GFWC Bedford Jr. Women’s Christmas Bazarr from 9 AM until 5 PM at Bedford Elementary School. A great festival! Hope to see you there!!
November 25, 26 & 27: Virginia Beach Christmas Market at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. 10 am until 6 pm Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am until 5 pm. So many unique crafts and foods! I’ll be booth #490. Hope to see you there!!
December 3: The 30th Annual Jingle Bell Bazaar at Ecoff Elementary School (5200 Ecoff Avenue, Chester, Va. 23831). Times to be announced and where I’ll be set up soon. This is a great festival and if you can make it you won’t be sorry. So many craftsman will be there with very unique gifts items. Love this one!!
